Important Instructions

1. Select how many DVDs you'd like to convert and place your order online
2. Package your DVDs and your printed order confirmation together
3. Send your DVDs to the following address (we recommend using a tracked service): Max Spielmann ICE, Unit 1, Wrynose Road, The Old Hall Industrial Estate, Bromborough, CH62 3QD
4. We'll transfer your DVDs to the cloud and send you a digital download link (a single link for all your videos!)
5. Your original DVDs will be posted back to you!
