However, mugs with heat-changing, glitter, enamel or gold effects aren’t safe to use in the dishwasher!

What are personalised mugs made from?
Most of our personalised mugs are made from durable white ceramic. However, we also offer some photo mugs made from enamel-coated metal (which are perfect for camping and enjoying a cuppa outdoors).
Are all personalised mugs dishwasher and microwave-safe?
Yes, all of our standard ceramic personalised mugs are safe to use in the dishwasher and microwave. However, magic mugs, enamel mugs, glitter mugs and gold-rimmed mugs are not all dishwasher and microwave-safe, so please double-check the product info before ordering.
How big are your personalised mugs?
Most of our personalised mugs have a capacity of 10oz, which is the same size as a standard cup of tea. We also offer a 17oz enamel mug, which is perfect for those who love a slightly bigger brew.
Can I add text to my personalised mugs?
Yes, some of our personalised mugs include the option to add names, dates, captions and other text. A few mug designs can only be personalised with photos, so please check the customisation options on each product page.
