Important Instructions

1. Place an online order for the media you’d like to convert

2. Package your VHS tape and your printed order confirmation together

3. Send your VHS tape to the following address (we recommend using a tracked service):
Max Spielmann ICE, Unit 1, Wrynose Road, The Old Hall Industrial Estate, Bromborough, CH62 3QD

4. We’ll transfer your VHS tapes to your chosen DVD and digital formats

5. Your original VHS tapes and new digital media are posted to your home address!
